Returns & Refunds
I have a 14-day return/exchange policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to receive a full refund for a return, items must be returned within 14 days of purchase delivery.
Please note, customer will be responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges, I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Will not accept any returns of candles that have been lit. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No returns on sale items.
I will notify you once I received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
